This is Extremely interesting given the obesity issues and weight struggles that many people have. For example, I was shocked to learn how many Calories were in a relatively small rice crispy treat (One of my favorites, BTW) or a doughnut. I was also equally shocked to just how many carrots one must eat to consume 200 Calories… All of the pictures were taken with the same camera (Nikon D70 digital camera) and with the same setup; in other words, the portion sizes displayed are all relative to each other. Also, to give you a concept of scale, the plate is 10.25″ (26cm) in diameter and the bowl is 6.25″ (16cm).
